Prices are customized depending upon add ons, delivery/service fees, and time restrictions.
Rentals are for meant for indoors or on a hard surface, if outdoors they must be under a tent or protected if there is a chance of rain, no exceptions.
If it rained anytime 1-3 days prior to your event, set ups are NOT allowed on the grass, no exceptions.
*SET UPS ON GRASS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED, THERE IS A CHANCE THE WALL MAY FALL EVEN IF WE ADD WEIGHT TO IT*
In order to secure your booking a 50% percent deposit is required to hold your date and time.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Full payment will be due four weeks before your scheduled event.
We will reach out confirming the details of your location, and scheduled delivery time the week of your event.
Terms & Conditions
Please be aware that once the invoice is paid, and your event date is scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rentals and services for your event date, and thus all payments are non-refundable.
All rentals have a five hour time limit, anything past this time range will be an additional $45 per hour.
If you would like us to install something on the rental that is your property we must be notified in advance and an install fee will apply.
*CLIENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ATTACH ANYTHING TO OUR WALLS*
In the event of a cancellation, there will be 20 % fee incurred from the total cost of your wall not including the deposit if cancellation is received less than 72 hours before said scheduled event.
In the event of damages or total loss, client will be held financially responsible for value of equipment.

COVID 19 TERMS:
WE DO NOT RETURN DEPOSITS OR FINAL PAYMENTS IF YOUR EVENT IS CANCELED,
WE APPLY IT AS A CREDIT TOWARDS YOUR NEXT EVENT.
*REDEEMABLE WITHIN ONE YEAR*
We mainly service Long Island, New York (within 25 miles of Hicksville) but also deliver outside of this area at an additional cost, events out of the 25 mile range may be turned down due to the volume we have that day, booking at least one year in advance is highly reccomended.
Customers are NOT permitted to move any wall or backdrop, where our employees place the wall, is where it will stay. If you want to move the wall we must be notified prior to the event and there will be a moving fee, NO exceptions.
Our employees deliver the rentals at specific times that work for our schedule as well as the venues schedule. Pick up is promptly at the time your event ends, most venues have parties after so the pick up time is out of our control.
